Service Description

For college athletes looking to elevate their game, earn a starting spot, or prepare for the pros. This program is designed to enhance speed, strength, explosiveness, and position-specific skills while refining football IQ and mental preparation. Whether you’re an incoming freshman adjusting to the speed of the game or a senior preparing for the next level, this training ensures you stay ahead of the competition. Includes : Strength & Explosive Power Training – Maximize strength gains with advanced weightlifting, plyometrics, and resistance-based training for increased power on the field. Speed Development & Agility Work – Improve acceleration, top-end speed, and lateral quickness using college-level movement mechanics and resistance sprint training. Position-Specific Refinement – Detailed, position-focused drills for QBs, WRs, DBs, LBs, Linemen, and specialists to sharpen footwork, technique, and reaction time. Conditioning & Stamina Enhancement – Train at a game-day intensity level with collegiate endurance drills to maintain peak performance in all four quarters. Mental & Tactical Film Study – Break down game film with expert analysis to recognize defensive/offensive schemes, improve decision-making, and read/react faster. Injury Prevention & Recovery Protocols – Implement mobility work, flexibility drills, and recovery strategies to stay healthy and extend career longevity.


Cancellation Policy

To provide the best possible service and to respect the time and commitment of both our clients and trainers, we have established the following cancellation policy: Session Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any fees. Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the full session fee will be charged. Trainer Cancellations: In the event that a trainer needs to cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a rescheduled session will be arranged at no additional cost. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to a true emergency (e.g., illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances), the client should contact the trainer directly to discuss the situation. The trainer may, at their discretion, waive the cancellation fee. Package Expiry: Pre-purchased session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refunds: Refunds are not available for canceled or unused sessions. However, sessions may be transferred to another person or rescheduled within the allowed time frame. Late Arrival Policy: If a client arrives late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If the trainer is late, the session will be extended, or the time will be added to a future session.
